Classes:
All of our classes support our mission of service. The practices that lead to Yoga are born of an ancient wisdom and the self-realization of Seers. Our philosophy and methodology borrows from this ancient wisdom and is also influenced by modern-day Masters. Common ingredients of all our classes are centering / setting intention, asana practice, and meditation. Our aim is to cleanse the body, still the mind, and consequently get in touch with our true nature.
Level 1:
In these classes, we explore the foundations of various postures including proper alignment, action required in the body, focus of the posture, and benefits. Students of all levels are welcome – those who are new to asanas, as well as current practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of fundamentals.
Level 2 :
These classes encompass an open flow between various postures. These classes tend to be rigorous and challenging on multiple levels. Students of all levels are welcome, although knowledge of asanas is helpful.
Restorative:
These classes involve long holds of gentle poses, with athe aim of calming the nervous system. All levels welcome.
Prenatal Classes:
All trimesters are welcome to the Level 1 Classes. Please consult your gynecologist prior to starting, and let the instructor know prior to the class.

Free Class:
A free community class is offered every week. Please see our schedule for class time. If you would like to attend a paid class but have monetary constraints, please approach us and we will be glad to accommodate you.
