Our classes focus on breath and traditional asana (postures). We offer continuity and consistency in all our classes. We believe yoga can be practiced by everyone, and guide every practitioner in developing a practice that is most suitable.
All practitioners are welcome to this class - beginner, intermediate, or experienced.
Intermediate and experienced practitioners only. Strong foundation in diaphragmatic breathing is required.
Beginner / Basic
For those who are new to yoga. Also for those with restrictions, and who prefer a gentler practice.
These classes involve long holds of supported postures, with the aim of calming the nervous system. All practitioners are welcome.
